Rock Solid (RS) is the name of an annual seven-day conference for 16-20 year olds that teaches sound thinking, sound living, and sound relationships.

We seek to promote these biblical principles through the Rock Solid Conference, the blog and resources on the web, and the 2-day Finding a Mate - Forging a Love Conference on dating and courtship.

Rock Solid is part of Life-Trac Family Ministries, a non-profit ministry that has been coming alongside the church through serving marriages and families in the Northwest of the United States for 25 years.

Rock Solid exists to awaken in students a burning desire to experience and spread a passion for the Glory of God.

Many alumni have called RS the most spiritually significant and impacting week of their life. The week includes solid teaching, lively discussion, passionate worship, small group mentoring, group challenges, practical spiritual disciplines and more.

Through unpacking biblical truths, RS challenges students to refuse the culture’s proposition to waste one’s life on trivialities, and instead urges the essential pursuit of being satisfied in Christ alone. Students return home to their families, friends, and local church to serve with a dynamic God-centered vision for life and relationships.
